2021 Isn’t Ready

Humbled.
Thankful.
Grateful.
Excited.

I’ve always said and continue to say that the heartbeat behind the company I have partnered with is what sets it apart from any other.

Truly.

At the start of this year, I had the opportunity to sit in a room with the top leaders, our CEO, our President and our corporate team in Miami, Florida. We chatted about what’s to come, and they listened to our feedback.

I can honestly say that so many members of my incredible team have seen the opportunity in EVERY obstacle life has thrown their way since last March when the pandemic first hit.

Nothing has stopped them from pursuing their dreams and building a better life.

Not. One. Single. Thing.

So many are finding success and I truly believe it’s because they believe in this opportunity, they power through, they break every barrier that comes their way and they stay the course.

This business takes work, yes, but it’s basic. The hardest part? To keep going day in and day out.

Not much is needed other than your phone, WiFi, and massive motivation. Zero risk. High rewards.

If we can do it, who says you can’t?? The best part is that our team is in this together, from the wins to the hardships life can sometimes throw at us.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, “if you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far go together.”

Each one of us on my team started off alone.

Each one of us started with just a dream.

Each one of us decided to step out and give this business a shot.

I grabbed my friends hand and told her to do this with me, and then she grabbed her friends hand, and then she grabbed another ….

And now here we all are. One by one, brick by brick we have built something amazing together.

Truth is, not one of us would be here without the other and that is the beauty of this business.

We work together.
We encourage each other.
But best of all, we rise together.

And there is nothing better than that.

I Prayed for this Opportunity

A few years ago I said yes to a shampoo company. When I first started, I had no clue all that I would gain from that one ‘yes.’

Throughout the pandemic, week after week, my amazing team and I have stayed connected through team trainings, virtual launch events, opportunity calls, chats, threads —- all the things. Not once skipping a beat through all of the chaos. ?? My heart cant even deal.

In addition to our ongoing business chats, a group of us local girls started a chat where we could also talk about everything that was going on as it unfolded. It was a safe place to talk and share our fears, our concerns and our hopes for a better future.

Fast forward three months later and it has become a place where we have all grown.

Grown in our faith.
Grown in our beliefs.
Grown in our boldness.
Grown in our love for this country.

We all want to change the world somehow, some way. The question is how? Some of us have found our voices, while others are still figuring it out. But it doesn’t change what we want to accomplish.

We want to love.
We want to encourage.
We want to share hope.
We want to awaken the nation.
We want to stand up for what truly matters.

What does that look like? We don’t know just yet, but we are willing to step out in whatever way the Lord calls.

Sometimes it takes almost losing something to realize just how much it means to you. Freedom and Liberty will never be taken for granted ever again.

We the people. ??✊? Or better yet, just a few girls that love God and their country — and were brought together through some amazing shampoo.

Friends, this type of community is what so many need and want.

I have been sharing this business for the last three years and I will continue to do so because I believe in it. I see it. I know what it can and has done for so many.

The Power of Community

Community is something that I need in all aspects of my life.

Truly, I thrive way more off of the so-called “buddy system.”

Do a project alone or with a buddy?
Go to the gym alone or with a buddy?
Study alone or with a buddy?
Go on a diet alone or with a buddy?
Dream alone or with a buddy?
Work hard alone or with a buddy?

I choose a buddy every time. ?

There’s more motivation, there’s more accountability, there’s more balance, there’s more laughs and really it just makes life way more fun.

Work is work but this job really is the best, and a big reason is the community it has brought into my life.

If you are feeling isolated, alone, bored or even unmotivated, maybe linking arms and joining this community will bless you just as it has me.

Think of it like paying to join a sorority — but the nice one where there’s no drama, everyone wants the best for you and will encourage you all along the way.

Funny thing is, I have a friend who started because of the “sorority” and ended up becoming a million dollar earner. Life’s funny that way sometimes, isn’t it? ?✨

Did you know that the quality of your life and the duration of your success depend on your attitude — and you are the only person in this world with the power to make it better.

Whether you think you can or you think you can’t — you are right.

The mind, more than anything else, determines how far you can go.

Do you want it?!

What drives you?
What is your why?!

Dig deep. Be specific.
And don’t lose site of it.

And remember, YOU can do anything and be anything you want. It’s only up to you to go after it. ??

Because ultimately, if you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer will always be no. If you don’t step forward, you’ll always stay in the same place.

Remember, every dream, every decision, every NON-decision — it comes with a price. The question is, what price are you willing to pay?

What time consuming habits are you willing to sacrifice, in order to make time to pursue your dreams?

Are you willing to invest in yourself? Maybe get up an hour earlier and go to bed an hour later?

Are you willing to commit to the promises you have made to yourself?

To improve. To grow. To learn.

The only way to succeed is to sacrifice. Figure out what that looks like for you and make it happen.

At the end of the day, most people allow their lives to simply happen to them.

They float along.
They wait.
They react.

And by the time a large part of their life is behind them they wish they had been more proactive.

Listen to me, Life is not a dress rehearsal! You only get one life so make the most of it!

Go after it, ask, step out of your comfort zone! It just might change your life.

We Are Called to SHINE

Throughout this past December, my family read a Christmas advent devotional titled “Come & Adore.”

The second I learned this book was written by a local mama I knew I wanted to support her — plus, I love God and Christmas and people willing to bring their dreams to life so it wasn’t even a question of buying it or not.

One night mid-December, we were all cuddled in for the night, freshly bathed and ready for bed. I grabbed the book and my oldest grabbed the Bible and we opened up to the word of the day.

SHINE.

As I was reading to my kids it said, “We are called to shine. Not for our own glorification, but for our fathers! This world is so dark – it needs our light. I’ve heard it said that some people may never read the Bible – but they’re watching us. We may be the only ‘Bible’ they’ll ever read.”

Wow, did that hit me! Such powerful words and a major moment of conviction.

The words and story were simple, but so impactful. It was a reminder of my desire to try my best to shine my light for the Lord. To bring hope to the hopeless, joy to the sad, and peace to the weary.

Tonight as you lay your head down from another day of duties, stress, obligations and maybe even exhaustion, know this:

Many many years ago a star was shining bright as a tiny baby was born. He was born into this world to bring PEACE. To SAVE the lost.

He came as the light of the world. He is the only way out of this darkness. In Him you will find rest. I promise. ??

Thank you @k.menashe for being brave enough to put this book out there. Thank you for taking time to write your heartfelt words for all to read. My kids and I have truly enjoyed it and it is making an impact more than you know. The Lord gave you a dream and a desire and now here it is in paperback form.

And thank you for the sweet reminder to chase after HIS light and to shine HIM brightly for all to see. ✨

“How Do You Do It All?”

So often I hear “how do you do it all?” The truth is, I don’t. I don’t do it all and that’s ok.

So often we feel as though we have to “do it all.” We have to be the ones to cook, clean, grocery shop, do the laundry, do the homework, drive the kids to their events, get them ready, get them unready — it’s all too much for one person to handle.

Seriously, if we put that much pressure on ourselves we’ll all be headed to the looney bin. ?

I have accepted that it can’t all be done and I’m ok with that.

Are you?

I know where I need help and I know where I want my energy focused — THAT is the secret to getting it all done. Sometimes it’s ok to delegate.

For me? I have a house cleaner that comes, I have a tutor for my children, my husband helps with the cooking or we simply just eat out and we work TOGETHER.

Sometimes we get in these weird ruts where we feel as though we’re not enough, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Love on your husband, love on your babies and put the Lord first — everything else will figure itself out. I promise.

It’s the “What If” that Will Drive Us Crazy

A friend once told me that a quick way to personal growth is to start a business. I agree 100%.

Network marketing has allowed me the opportunity to take my life into my own hands. It has given me the possibility to become an entrepreneur and pushed me towards the tools to become a better person.

If you are thinking about becoming a network marketing professional, just start now. Find a company that you love, you can stand behind, and find a team to work with.

There is no better time than the present to start inventing a new possible future. I would love to chat with you more about how I have done that. ?

Some of you might be following me and think to yourself that that’s unobtainable — even unreachable. I’m here to tell you that is simply not the truth. You can achieve anything that you want. You just have to work hard for it.

Have you seen the fruit of your labor yet? I googled labor once. It means “work, especially HARD physical work.” While I agree it takes that, I also believe to my core that hard work takes incredible drive, laser focus, persistence, confidence and requires 10x the amount of mental strength. ??

Why do I tell you all of this? Because I want to encourage you to take risks. Because THATs what it takes.

To be confident enough to chase after your own dreams no matter what. Some endeavors might not work out the way that you want them to — but you know what they will never be? They will never be a WASTE of time.

Every little thing that you do, every action that you take will help mold you into the CONFIDENT PERSON that you are meant to be.

My challenge for you today is to take risks, and know that failure is part of the road to success. If I hadn’t taken risks I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. It’s worth the reward! Are you ready? You should be, because you were MADE. FOR. MORE.

Ask yourself: what do you have to lose?

I think we can all live with an “oops,” but it’s the “what if” that will drive us crazy.

This was my thought when I jumped into this industry. I knew I could fail but what I didn’t know was if I could succeed.

What could I achieve if I simply tried? How far could I go? The “what if” was the driving force behind every action that I have taken over the last several years.

I took a chance and it truly did change my life. So my question to you is, what if you said yes?

Dream about it. If you can see the vision, you can make it happen.
