The Truth About Comfort Zones

by wordadmin January 18, 2021
written by wordadmin

They say it’s easy but the truth is, the road to success is a difficult one.

It may be filled with road bumps and unforeseen obstacles. Feelings of major discomfort and insecurities. Moments of feeling defeated are inevitable, but let me just tell you this — if you continue to stay the course it will be so worth it in the end.

I encourage you to climb (even claw if you have to) through all of your fears and failures. Take risks because that is what it takes. Every little thing that you do, every action that you take will help mold you into the person you are meant to be.

We all have hurdles to get passed. We all have our own mindset stuff we need to work on, and then work on again.

The truth is, sometimes I’d rather hide behind the camera than come out and face the crowd.

For me, it’s easy to take a photo or chat in front of my phone in the comfort of my bedroom. Hop on a LIVE? No problem. Get me in a room with a bunch of people and I immediately step back.

While I was pregnant with my son and gaining weight, this became one of my biggest struggles. I found my thoughts consumed with how I was looking. I knew it was silly. I knew it was absurd. I knew it was just a season. Regardless, it was one of my struggles.

Then, one day at church I was sharing with a friend how I was feeling. She hugged me, told me I was beautiful, and she told me to put my shoulders back and walk with confidence.

I didn’t intend to have that conversation that day, but the Lord knew that I needed it. He knew I needed a hug and He knew I needed words of encouragement. It was a reminder of how powerful our words truly are.

Just by simply breathing life into someone, it can change their day and their entire mindset going forward. After that day, I chose to stand a little taller and walk a little more confidently even when I didn’t feel like it.

And I hope that when you’re in a similar situation and can relate, that you will too. Know that someone, somewhere is loving on you and cheering you on even if you don’t know it.

And remember this, YOU are beautiful. No scale will ever take that away from you. And, you’ve got what it takes to do whatever it is you set your mind to.

Never Put Your Life in Park

by wordadmin January 11, 2021
written by wordadmin

Recently, as I woke up and made my way downstairs, I noticed a journal laying open on the couch. It wasn’t my journal nor was it my handwriting — it was my moms.

I picked up the book and began to read the words that filled the pages. I don’t know how the journal got there, and I don’t know where it came from. What I do know is that these words were meant for someone — even a reminder to myself.

This season, I can’t help but thank the Lord for giving me the nudge to step out and get moving. My life is changing along with so many others and it’s all because I stepped out in FAITH.

“If your mind is troubled and you have no peace and your decision is causing trouble, DON’T DO IT. Don’t talk yourself into it.

But if there is even a little bit of excitement within you, I encourage you to step out and have COURAGE.

Don’t ever assume that where you’ve been or where you are is as good as it gets. Don’t believe that your history or your past is your destiny. Choose instead to BELIEVE that God is going to do something even better in your life.

Have courage.
Let God lead.
Put your hope in him.

Get ready for the most exciting journey you can imagine!

If you don’t know what to do, just START MOVING.

A parked car goes nowhere. Get going and let God direct your steps. Never put your life in park.”

When I Became Part of Something

by wordadmin December 28, 2020
written by wordadmin

Back in high school I never belonged to any type of team or “group.” I wasn’t in ASB or on the softball team. I wasn’t in band or on the drama team.

I didn’t have a huge group of best friends. I’m actually a little more reserved than I like to admit. To be honest, I stuck to my few friends and mainly my boyfriend — ok, mostly I stuck with my boyfriend. He’s the one that I ended up marrying so I guess it worked out. ?

I would watch these groups of girls growing up and I think, deep down I wish I had been a part of one.

To see the team spirit, the bonds that were being made, the everlasting friendships — it was something that I never had truly experienced.

When I joined this business my first “why” was to help my family financially. I was on a mission to bring in an extra income and help bring my husband home just a little bit more.

But as I began to grow this business, something started to happen without me even realizing it.

A community started to form.
Friendships were being created.
Memories were being made.
Lives were being impacted.

I was a part of something.
I was a part of a group of women that I never knew I needed.

I am beyond thankful that the Lord granted me the desires of my heart — even when I didn’t fully realize them.

To think about where I was just a few years ago and where I am now is truly unbelievable. Like, I really wouldn’t have believed it.

But you know what? It’s a story worth telling and I hope it inspires someone to take action.

You see, a few years back I found an opportunity. I didn’t know where it would lead and I had no guarantee of success. As I watched from the sidelines, and saw other women jumping in, I couldn’t shake the feeling of “I need to do this.” It was a constant thought in my mind — a tug.

They say “nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity” and that is exactly how I felt.

Honestly, I was told that I would regret my decision. I was told this would never work and that I would never make it. It could have most certainly worked out that way, but I just had to try. I had told myself that I would have rather #FAILED than wonder what if?

I was desperate to bring my husband home more. I wanted my husband to live life with me. I didn’t want to have to sleep another night alone.

And, I craved that sense of community with other women.

So with lots of prayer and a heart filled with determination, I jumped in and never looked back. I have worked fiercely hard and with everything I have, and guess what?

It has paid off in more ways than I would have ever imagined.

Throughout these last two years I have been able to take my couple hundred dollars and turn it into a million. It’s crazy to even say this. Like I said, I would have never believed it.

It’s something I NEVER thought would happen, yet I knew it was possible. The sky is the limit. There is no cap on how much you can make. It’s up to YOU.

If you have drive and determination, anything is possible.

Yes, I’ve made money but what I want you to know is that it’s not even about the money. It’s truly how the Lord has granted me the desires of my heart. He’s allowed my husband to work less. He’s allowed us to live LIFE more together and I will never take it for granted.

We have made memories, we have traveled, we have worked and we have come together as a family. And I have met women that are like family.

THAT is what Ive always wanted.

I always say that anyone can do this job, it’s just IF you want it. I am nothing special. I am no different from you. You can do this!

Step out and work for what you want. You’ll never regret it.

If I Can Give You One Piece of Advice

by wordadmin December 28, 2020
written by wordadmin

If I can give you one piece of advice, DREAM BIG.

If you can dream it, if you can see the vision, if you know where you want to go — nothing will be able to stop you. ✨

Albert Einstein once said, “Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than the one with all the facts.”

I am a believer that you can have both a home life, while pursuing your dreams of a better future. My entire life is a testament that dreams can come true. You just have to be willing to put fear aside, step out of your comfort zone, and believe that you are created for more.

Just two short years ago, I said yes to one of the biggest opportunities of my life. My goal is to share what I have learned, and in turn, hopefully inspire you to dream big and know that you too, can achieve anything that you want.

The secret to success? Stay the course.

I encourage each and every one of you to stay the course. Be consistent. Show up every day and work towards your goal. Continue to grow, and your business will grow with you.

They say the road to success is always uphill but let me just tell ya, the view from the top is so worth it! Keep pushing until YOU get to see the view yourself! It’s definitely one worth fighting for. ?

John Maxwell said this: “It all begins with a dream. Vision is the worlds most desperate need. There are no hopeless situations, only people who think hopelessly. I encourage you to share your vision with someone today.”

{Fun fact, @johncmaxwell has been one of my favorite motivational speakers for a very long time. Without knowing what a huge fan I am, our company put together an exclusive mentorship program for just us top leaders — John Maxwell was announced as our Mentor!

Throughout this last year I have had the privilege of being personally mentored by him and I couldn’t be more grateful. His words or wisdom and encouragement have taught me more than he’ll ever know.

Thank you Monat for always pouring into us and giving us the tools to succeed! Forever grateful. ?}

Oh The Places We’ll Go

by wordadmin December 18, 2020
written by wordadmin

Ok, time to get super candid.

There was a time in our marriage where it was hard. Like, real hard. My husband was gone more than he was home. He was working days on end, studying for the next position, practicing, coming home exhausted — not to mention we had tiny little babies to take care of.

I was only 23 when I had my first baby. Before our son was even one years old, I found out that I was pregnant again — and it wasn’t planned. ?

My husband took care of us. He took the weight of our family on his shoulders and never once complained. He just did it. He was happy with our little life and so was I — but I knew it could be more.

I dreamt of a day where he could be home more, where he didn’t have to pick up overtime and we could live life on our terms. Where we didn’t just live to work but we worked to live. I was ready for it. I saw the vision.

Fast forward, and here we are living out our dreams together. My husband is home more than he ever has been throughout our entire marriage. He is able to take time off, we’re able to save for our future and we have been blessed to take our children to places we never thought we could.

I don’t say any of this to brag, but rather paint a picture and vision for you. If you begin to think just a little bit bigger, your life will become just a little bit bigger. ✨

If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to dream big and BELIEVE.

Don’t put yourself in a box because if you do, you’ll most likely never see anything past those four walls.

Hope is Our Greatest Weapon

by wordadmin December 18, 2020
written by wordadmin

Did you know that one of our greatest weapons is hope?

Hope is one of the most powerful and energizing words in the English language. It is something that gives us power to keep going in the toughest of times.

It’s been said that a person can live 40 days without food, four days without water, four minutes without air, but only four seconds without hope.

if you are feeling lost, if you are feeling low, if you are feeling unworthy hear me when I tell you that those are lies and emotions meant to keep you from becoming the person God created you to be.

Make a decision to release yourself from those lies and fears.

The Lord loves you more than you know. Tonight as you lay your head down remember these words ….

“??? ?????? ??? ?? ??????
??? ?? ???’? ???????.

???? ??? ???????? ????? ?? ???’? ???????
‘????? ??? ??? ? ????? ????? ???? ??? ?? ???????.

?? ??? ???? ????? ????
??, ?? ??? ???? ????? ????.

?’? ????? ??? ? ??????? ??? ??? ?????? ??????? ?? ??? ????. ?????’? ????? ?? ??? ?????? ???? ?? ?????.

????? ??? ?? ????? ?? ???? ???
?’? ??? ??????? ???? ???? ??? ?????
‘?????, ? ???? ??? ???? ????? ????
???, ? ???? ??? ???? ????? ????.”

God is for you.
He will never forsake you.

Sleep well my friends.
I love you and am praying for you tonight. ??

The ‘Yes’ that Changed Everything

by wordadmin December 1, 2020
written by wordadmin

A little over three years ago I said yes to a shampoo company.

I knew there was something to it.
I knew this opportunity could be huge.
I knew that the products worked.

What I didn’t know was the ripple effect that would come from that one decision. ?

Some people think I shouldn’t be sharing this opportunity right now given the gravity of what’s going on in the world. But truth is… People are seeking additional income.

People are looking to have their products and essentials shipped to their door. People are longing for community. People need to work and most of us have to do that from home right now.

So, if that is all true, why would I not share? Once again, if I knew that this opportunity was a real one, why would I not share?

Why would I keep something hidden that has blessed so many, and especially in a time that people need it most?

I prayed for an opportunity to come my way.
I prayed for a way to help financially.
This was my answered prayer and maybe, just maybe it might be yours too.

I’m So Glad You’re Here!

by wordadmin December 1, 2020
written by wordadmin

Hi there, I’m Britty. ??

How in the world do I sum up who I am and what I’m all about in just a few short sentences? If I have to pick, here are a few details that I want you to know… I’m just like you.

I’m a wife.
I’m a mom.
I’m a dreamer.
I’m a believer.

Truth is, I decided to take a chance on an amazing opportunity, I worked really hard for it and the result has been the ability to live out my dream life — but here’s the kicker. It all started because I first said yes to building a business. Now here I am four years later helping mentor and inspire hundreds of women and entrepreneurs do the same.

I have learned a lot over the last 4 years and through that knowledge, my hope is to encourage and make an impact on as many women as I possibly can.

If you are looking for a change, if you are wanting more, if you are ready to grow and take yourself to the next level, I wound love to connect with you.

While you’re here, be sure to sign up for my monthly email newsletter (absolutely free + no strings attached) where I will be sharing top tips for success and mindset motivation — not to mention my favorite clean beauty products and more.

Okay, next, what better way to get to know me than by sharing some random facts. ?

• I met my husband when I was 14 yrs old.
• We both went to the same high school.
• We have four children.
• I had them all natural and at home with a midwife.
• We are a homeschooling crew.
• I can’t function in the morning without a minimum of two cups of coffee.
• I love to read – just haven’t had time to get lost in a good book these days.
• I am an introverted extrovert ??‍♀️
• My husband is a Fireman for LAFD
• I can’t eat cereal without ice.
• I’m a clean freak.
• I can’t go to bed with dirty feet.
• I love the Lord.
• I thought I was going to make it big by making mom parody’s on YouTube.
• Instead I joined a direct sales company and was able to take $299 dollars and turn it into over one million. ?

I could go on and on but I’d rather hear something about YOU! Tell me one funny/quirky/unique thing about you in the comments below or in a DM on my IG!

Talk soon, xoxo.

New Years Resolutions are a Sham

by wordadmin December 1, 2020
written by wordadmin

New Years resolutions are a sham.

They mess with our minds to put off what we could start TODAY. My advice to you is to NEVER wait. All of those goals and dreams you’ve been wanting to accomplish are worth working for.

One thing that I love about my industry is that you start fresh every. single. month.

There’s always a restart.
There’s always a new goal.

You are always being pushed to be better.

You are never stagnant.
You are never idle.

Truth is, you are always pushing, growing, learning and moving closer to where you want to be.

Motivation and self-development is just another perk of this business. ??

For me, as I go into this next chapter in business and in life, I feel like nothing can or will stop me.

Not the naysayers.
Not the fear.
Not the distractions.
And certainly not any of the curveballs that 2020 keeps throwing my way.

I am ready for it all.

Here’s the thing, if I listen to the naysayers and everything they put in my ear I would be living like “would of, should of, could of.”

I would be paralyzed by fear. But the truth is, the only way to lose is to quit.

Do it scared.
Do it without knowing everything.
Do it before the timing is perfect.
Do it even when you don’t think you can.

We all have the same two choices – make moves or make excuses.

Create your own motivation, or stay stagnant

I’m making moves. What about you?

The Road to Success

by wordadmin December 1, 2020
written by wordadmin

Let’s chat about the idea of success. Here’s the thing, we don’t just wake up successful. We don’t just say yes and automatically succeed.

We train.
We read.
We learn.
We study.
We fail.
We try it again.

And that cycle repeats itself over and over.

The beauty of the business I am in is that we will never know it all. Why is that a good thing? Because it means the continuation of growth — the continuation of evolving into our best self. And the opportunity for success in so many different forms.

Throughout the last four years I have scribbled down notes on more notepads than I can count. Tonight as I was cleaning in my room I found one of those notepads and what filled the pages were simple reminders for every entrepreneur and small business owner. ?

??? ???? ???? ?? ???? ????? ?? ???? ????, ?????? ??.

??? ???? ????, ??? ???? ????????? ????????, ??? ???? ???? ?? ?????????. ????? ?? ?? ????? ????? ??. ??? ????’? ??? ?????, ???’? ????.

???? ?? ??? ???????? ?? ????, ??? ????, ??? ????, ???? ?? ??. ??? ???? ????? ? ????? ??????????.

????? ?? ???????????, ???’? ???? ???? ??? ???? ?? ?????????? ??? ???.

I hope these simple reminders keep you going, keep you encouraged and remind you that failure is the only road to success.

Try to remember that at first, it all starts with a dream — and then it’s followed by massive action and hard work.

That is exactly what I did when I joined this business. I had so many dreams for my life, for my kids, for my family — and I was willing to work as hard as I could to achieve my dreams.

I sacrificed.
I was intentional.
I didn’t make excuses.
I failed.
I got back up.
I was consistent.
I was passionate.
I was relentless.

So many have asked me “how did you do it?” “What are your tips for success?”

My answer will always be the same.

Dream big and work harder than you ever have for them. If you do, anything is possible.

“If your habits don’t line up with your dream, then you either need to change your habits or change your dream.” – John Maxwell

Keep at it. You got this. ✨
