Four years ago my family and I were strapped.
We were living paycheck to paycheck and there was definitely no room for any “extras.” Truth is, most anything extra was given to us by family.
I learned to live on a budget and for anything else — well, I learned to wait until Christmas.
Stroller? Christmas gift.
Maternity clothes? gift.
High chair? gift.
Family Car? Bought used from my in-laws
Furniture? Hand me downs from my childhood home.
The list goes on and on.
During this season of struggling, we were wanting and praying about a 4th baby. Only problem was, ?? ??????? ?????? to have another.
Just thinking of the bills that came from being a family of six made me anxious.
Back then we had a little 5 seater. How in the world were we going to afford to purchase a bigger car to accommodate a family of six?
We definitely couldn’t afford the gas prices and we ??? ???? couldn’t afford the registration fees.
What about food for a family of six?
School tuition? Curriculum?
The list went on and on.
Truth is, we would never be able to afford growing our family unless we made a change — and there were only two options.
My husband would have to work ???? more and be away ???? ???? — Or I could find something that could bring in an extra income and maybe, just maybe, we would be able to break the financial chains holding us back from living the life we so desperately wanted.
Why do I share this story?
Why do I share my struggles?
Why do I share a glimpse into my past?
I share because a little over four years ago I hit the ???? ??? button for a direct sales company and it ???????. ??. ????.
We not only have that fourth baby we so desperately wanted, but we also broke those financial chains forever.
I have my four babies.
I have my husband home more.
And that’s truly all I ever wanted.
Pay day hits different today and I will ????? take this for granted.
Are you an MP? What has paycheck done for you? I’d love to hear your story over on my Instagram.
